We offer a 30-day refund policy for eligible products from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if the item you received is damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund. To initiate the return process, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • The request for a refund is made within 30 days of the purchase date. 
  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. 
  • A proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is provided. 
  • The item is not excluded from our refund policy (see section 3). 

3. Exclusions 

The following items are excluded from our 30-day refund policy: 

  • Custom-made or personalized items. 
  • Products that have been used, assembled, modified, or damaged by the customer. 
  • Clearance or sale items (these items are final sale and cannot be returned). 
  • Items purchased through third-party sellers or distributors (please refer to their respective return policies). 
  • Shipping containers or modifications.

4. Return Process 

To initiate a return for a refund, please follow these steps: 

a. Contact our Customer Service team at shop@seaboxdepot.com or call 780-986-8660 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting information. 

b. Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return along with a copy of your original proof of purchase. 

c. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. 

d. Ship the package to: Seabox Depot 5906 45 Street Leduc, Alberta T9E 7B4

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

5. Refund Process 

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
